Breaking into the world of multifamily real estate investments to diversify my portfolio into a new area of passive revenue and to eventually transition away from the frontline of healthcare. I don't plan on leaving healthcare for good, but maybe later on down the road re-enter on the administration side of things

.I am 37 yrs old and have lived in Reno, Nevada for most of my life. I have studied at Oregon State University as well as the University of Nevada, Reno in various areas from business (economics, accounting, marketing) to mathematics ( probability & statistics up to advanced calculus) to my specialty science (chemistry, biology, microbiology, physics, anatomy & physiology, pharmacology, etc...). It was a winding scholastic path starting with an acceptance into the early admissions PharmD program which guaranteed my acceptance and a spot at Oregon State Universities Pharmacy school after I finished my undergrad. It wasn't very long before I realized I didn't want to be a Pharmacist and spend most of my day counting pills when I grew up. So after a year of schooling in Oregon, I decided to move back home to Reno, Nevada and attend UNR. For a couple years I was forcing ideas as to what I wanted to major in and pursued everything from electrical engineering to accounting. After a while I decided to sort of come back to the idea of working in the healthcare field in some way, shape or form. I finally bucked down and set my focus on becoming a registered nurse. Fast forward through a couple of grueling years of nursing school and an 11 yr strong nursing career and that brings us to the now! Onward and upward! Time to kick off a new journey!
